Attorney Meredith H. Haines is engaged in the general practice of law with a concentration in criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury.  She is a native of Wiley Ford and a 1999 graduate of Frankfort High School.  Mrs. Haines graduated from Potomac State College in 2001 with an Associate of Arts in Political Science.  She attended Frostburg State University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2003.  She earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2006.  

David Collins graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as Publications Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, receiving the “Most Valuable Editor” Award his third year.  During the summer following his first year and throughout his second year of law school, Mr. Collins served as a research assistant to Professor Vincent Cardi.  During his third year, he served as student reference librarian at the College of Law Library and published “Shrinkwrap, Clickwrap, and Other Software License Agreements: Litigating a Digital Pig in a Poke in West Virginia” in Volume 111, Issue 2, of the West Virginia Law Review.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Collins worked for the Preservation Directorate at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Collins received his Master of Public Administration degree in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1999.
